Have you ever thought about where you will spend eternity?

How do I come to know Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior? Read the statements below for the answer!

1. Realize that God loves you.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16

​

2. Realize that everyone is a sinner.

For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. – Romans 3:23

​

3. Realize that sin has a price that must be paid.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. – Romans 6:23

​

4. Realize that Jesus Christ Died to pay your price.

But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8

​

5. Finally, pray. Ask Jesus Christ to be your Savior, and claim His promise of eternal life.

 Romans 10:8-13

• Romans 10:8

  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

• Romans 10:9

  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

• Romans 10:10

  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

• Romans 10:11

  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

• Romans 10:12

  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

• Romans 10:13

  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

 

Let us help you word a prayer. Realize it’s not mere words that save, but your faith in Jesus Christ.

 

“Dear Father, I know I’m a sinner. There is nothing I can do to save myself. I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for my sin. I believe that Jesus rose again from the grave according to the scriptures. I ask you Father to forgive me of my sin and come into my heart and save my soul from Hell. I’m trusting You, and You alone, to take me to Heaven when I die. Thank You for saving me, in Jesus' name, Amen.”
